Windsor - Essex County Medical Secretaries 

It seems like just yesterday I was putting up the Christmas tree and this weather makes me feel like it should go up again but spring is just around the corner, I do believe.  It’s hard to believe that spring break is upon us.  The lucky ones have gone off to warmer destinations to rejuvenate.  The rest of us just dream about the sun and keep our noses to the grindstone…well, someone has to do it.

Here in Windsor we are planning for our annual Administrative Professional’s Day Luncheon to be held at St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology.   The luncheon will be held on (tentatively) April 16, 2008, at the Chez Talbot restaurant from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.   Enjoy a scrumptious buffet lunch and win door prizes.  Tickets are $20, and proceeds go towards the Bursary Fund – Office Administration – Medical & Executive.  Come out and meet your colleagues and future administrative professionals and let’s give ourselves a pat on the back for the wonderful work we do all year long.  You may contact Maryann Whited at mwhited1"at"cogeco.ca  or Cathy Mulawka at cmulawka"at"stclaircollege.ca for tickets.

The Windsor group is looking forward to the trip to Hamilton in June for the convention.  Can’t wait to see everyone and enjoy a few laughs with good friends.  Hold on, as I said, spring is just around the corner.
